Yusuf holds an MSc in Real Estate Development and began his career in the corporate sector with a leading office fit-out company. He later established his own construction business, successfully delivering projects across multiple sectors.

Ella began her property career at 17 and quickly developed a passion for unlocking hidden land value. With experience at both boutique firms and national housebuilders, including Bovis Homes (now Vistry Homes), she has worked on projects ranging from small plots to large multi-unit developments.
